[You may now write letters to the Phantom!

Each of you will find plenty of stationery in the drawers of your vanities, along with candles, a block of sealing wax, and a stamp with your initial on it. You can use these to seal your envelopes in style!

Letters may be dropped into the flap at the Box Office at any time. Replies will appear in your dressing rooms, occasionally quite quickly. Sitting in your room to keep watch won't let you see how they're brought; they'll just appear whenever you happen to leave or fall asleep. Yes, they can be delivered overnight. Probably don't think about it too hard.]

Do you ever worry that he may turn on you, just as he has us?

If it exists on Earth, I can give it. I should hope that our lives go beyond a measure of riches or lust, but that does not mean you are beyond my helping.

More that... Beyond that, we will have to start dealing in specifics, rather than vague, phallic metaphors.

He has not turned on you. You were never allied.

He does not believe you are capable of granting what he seeks. You are powerful within your world, but it is only one world. He says that you do not see what he sees.

And what does he see? Surely we've earned some answers, after taking part in this bloody dance for so long.

Is that not what employment is? Using someone to achieve a goal? The only novel part is that I am being compensated.

I do not see it, either. I find him esoteric at best on the subject. If anyone in this place understands him, it may well be the other demon. However, I will remind you that summoning him is forbidden - I have been rather lenient on this matter, as I did not expect typing the name on a computer to work either, but rules are rules.

And just what is he offering you? What does he have that's so enticing that it has convinced you to partake in this game. You've killed people you seem to enjoy the presence of, if Spinel is any evidence of that. What makes it all worth it?

And, since I'm in the realm of making inquiries -- what is the punishment for breaking such rules? A slap on the wrist? Or something more in the vein of what our friends face for taking you up on your inane offers?

I will attend to the dead myself. It is unfortunate that they had to experience that, but I would be unable to do anything for anyone if I did not do this.

It seems that the nature of a punishment would be up to our discretion. In this specific case, I believe it would be death. The Wizard has already killed Beetlejuice for coming here.

You speak as if you have plans to help us. I don't know what I am meant to make of that. So, let me ask you this plainly, Phantom.

I have always had plans to help you. It does not matter to me how you perceive me; I will do so in the end. All of this murder business is merely an unpleasant necessity.
